What's your missing piece?

Posted by Chris Rob, 16 March 2011 · 264 views

Seppo has talked about its importance on numerous occasions, and I knew it myself from the past, but in the last two years I just didn't have time for exercise - new city, new challenges, new people, new diet... new everything.  Getting back exercising was nowhere on my list of priorities.  But now that I've started exercising again I realise that I should have made sure it was there all along!

Cycling used to be my thing but Paris is just not bike friendly enough to do that as exercise, so I've taken up running, between 6 and 10k a day, depending on how much time I have.  This was the final missing piece of my jigsaw.  I'd changed my diet, I'd meditated, I'd concentrated on resolving my emotional issues... but these last two weeks of regular aerobic exercise added into the mix have brought EVERYTHING together.  I haven't felt this good... ever!  There, I said it.

So... ask yourself, what's your missing piece?

Good point Chris!

The thing with these lifestyle elements is that they all work together. And weakness in one area can seriously hold you back. Especially if it's something as crucial as exercise.

Lately I've struggled with exercise also. Traveling, moving to new place and so on. I've started swimming and going to gym again. Feel much better!
Great blog entry... thanks
keep it man.  ;)
great blog n' article

i want to complete my jigsaw too, i think i should focus more on exercise
Yes, exercise is one of my main missing links too!
I feel sooooo much better when I exercise- it's amazing!
I even feel like my skin looks better just after a 3 mile run or a hike.
I keep focusing on diet and using only honey topically, but my acne is still getting worse.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention (even though it's so clearly outlined in CFL)- I need to focus on this missing link!
Well, emotionally healing AND exercise are my two huge missing links.
