Where can one buy the BOOK..the real book…I like real books.
I was wondering too if I would be able to buy the book, like a normal book, not an E book? So then I can carry it around and read it as and when
Regards
Marie
@m, thanks for expressing your preferences. I’m working to make CFL available as a paperback version also. If all goes well it should be in print within a month. But I’ve never worked with printers before, so I can’t say that for sure.
Hi,i would like to download meditation (ordered the book, and could download it without any issues)
but for some reason my password that i got withing a “thank you” message is not accepted for meditation. What am I doing wrong?
@Anaiss, Clear for Life Meditations is a separate product from Clear for Life itself. You have to buy it to get access.
Seppo,
Thank you for the opportunity to try out the free mindfullness meditation. I really enjoy it and have now recently purchased the for set of CLF meditations. However, after downloading the files, I think a couple tracks may be missing…? The ones I received are: Guided-Theta-Meditation, Guided Mindfulness Meditation, Guided Healing Meditation, Guided Emotional Release Meditation, and the Meditation guidebood. There is also a 30 minute track called Stress-Buster. The ones I that seemt o be missing are the tracks entitled “Down to Delta”and “Stay at Delta?”
@Jodi, I decided to take the ‘Down to Delta’ and ‘Stay at Delta’ out of the CFL Meditations package. That’s because they are very powerful meditations. And listening to them can put you through a period of quite an intense emotional upheaval. If you aren’t experienced in dealing with the mind and emotions it might be too much or too painful to go through. I know it was very difficult for me.
I don’t think I mention them anywhere in the sales letter or CFL Meditation package anymore. If I do, please let me know and I’ll change that. If you insist I can make an exception for you and send those meditations to you, email me for this. Just as long as you know what you are doing.
Hi how are you?
I bought your e-book last week and I just have a few questions. I have stopped eating dairy completely because I have moderate persistent cystic acne. I have also been eating tons of fresh fruits and vegetables and I have stopped eating breads and gluten products. Now I was told that I have hormonal acne due to an imbalance. Will this diet and lifestyle change clear hormonal acne and balance things back?
@Melissa, thanks for getting Clear for Life. Really appreciate it. I answered your question here:
http://www.clear-for-life.com/community/index.php?/topic/26-hormonal-acne/
Thanks for letting me read your story Seppo. I Feel as if you were narrating my life for the last 10 years. To put it bluntly, acne has pretty much destroyed me through and through. From my job to school to social experiences- they have all been completely undermined by acne. After suffering so long it feels like a distant impossibility that I could ever hope to be anything even close to clear. After reading most of the free information provided on the site and reflecting on your own personal story, it makes me feel something I haven’t felt in quite a long while- hope. Hope to god, that once and for all I can beat this thing. I feel after suffering for this long, I owe it to myself to do whatever it takes to overcome. If not, I can’t see myself having any real future. I need to look back and say I did everything I could do to defeat what has essentially become the bane of my existence. Thanks for your sincerity and willingness to help, you obviously have an eye single to the mission of helping those like myself without dollar signs leading the way… And for that I thank you!
@Roman, glad to hear I’m able to help you. Getting clear doesn’t have to be that difficult or overtly complicated. It’s just that it’s so hard to find good info on how to do it.
I’m more than happy to help you to get clear. Just come and say hi at the forums and shoot me with any questions you have.
Hi,
I purchased your book and I found it very interesting. I recommend it to everyone. The only thing I cant find there was the appendix recepts for the green smoothes. Could you please tell me where is it in the book?or is it another book I need to buy?and also if you have any other cooking recepts that i can cook at home.
Many thanks Vendy
@Vendy,
Thanks for getting Clear for Life. I really appreciate it.
Ooops, that’s my mistake. The earlier version of Clear for Life used to have a recipe section, but I took it off as it was causing confusion in people. Also, different people do well with different foods. And if people see a certain food in the recipe section they often assume it’s ok to eat. I would rather not make such endorsement.
That said, the easiest way to find green smoothie recipes is to just Google it. You’ll find more than you ever know what to do with. Seriously, that’s faster for you than getting the older version of CFL. And you’ll get far more recipes.
How is it that there are google ads for products like proactive and murad on your pages, when we are learning not to use those products, that they make acne so much worse! Is there any way to block those mixed messages? Have noticed these on every site (natural and otherwise) that I’ve checked out to cure my acne… these monster products that I’ve fallen victim to time and again! I have finally stopped using them, and am desperate for a cure. I am 43 and also have Excoriee/Psychodermatosis, which has been destroying my life, and after having done some extensive research, am hoping to finally get the help I need. It controls whether I can face the embarrassment of getting a haircut, go to the doctor or dentist when needed, limits clothing I can wear as I have to cover my neck-shoulders-back-legs, never go swimming, or get intimate w/anyone, can’t answer the door unless covered in makeup, embarrassed to be seen out in the sunlight… I hate this controlling my life and am so desperate to get better.
@Joy, unfortunately I don’t have much control over those ads. Google selects them based on the content of the website. Unfortunately acne websites attract Proactiv ads.
Hi there,
thank you for all your efforts to help people open their eyes for the truth, this is the first step, but the second…it’s harder.
I’m 24 years old and I have never suffered such a severe acne before (well it’s not that bad really, but it bothers me). It started 4 years ago, when I started uni, then I moved to UK, then I got married…and so on. My responsibilities got bigger, a lot of stress a lot of pressure, problems with work and some family issues and I am trying and trying to put everything in order but it never ends….one problem after another…My husband says I took thing to deep to personally, may be it’s true I am quite a sensitive person and as soon as I’m like that I can’t help my acne.
It’s get’s better sometimes but always come back. I go to the gym eat healthy (I’m only 45kg) but the stress, the sleep and the emotional problems I can’t make it work, what should I do? I shared this with my doctor but he is a moron and just gave me some contraception pills…..
Anyone, please help!
@Hera, thanks for your comment. From what you wrote, it sounds like there’s an emotional issue contributing to your acne, or at least to you not feeling happy. One indicator of that is that we make a bigger deal of acne than others do.
How to deal with emotional issues is more than I can cover here. Why don’t you come to the forums. We can talk more there and I’ll be happy to help you out.
Hi Seppo,
If one decides to purchase the Acnezine to see if it will help with acne, would that take the place of a daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement? Or just be in addition to it…?
Thanks
I don’t think you completely understand when Candida isn’t good for you. I’ve just realized how bad my overgrowth of candida . Its given me a leaky gut, and now I’m alergic to many foods and if I eat them I start to get a autoimmune response because of them. I’ve also noticed that my acne has gotten worse and skin problems on arms and back. I’ve had chronic fatigue too. I I’ve also had digestion problems and they have gotten worse over the time my candida got worse. In the last 2 months i’ve been trying to fight off my servere overgrowth. I’ve also got several vaginal yeast infections over the last 10 years. At least one a year. How is that kind of overgrowth good??? Look what is caused me. I’ve been on a strict diet and can’t eat much foods, and been taking things to help fight it off. But I’m still not healed. How can you tell me candida is good for me. Instead its ruined my life.
@Jodi, no, Acnezine doesn’t replace multivitamin/mineral supplement. Acnezine contains antioxidants, which may or may not help your skin.
@F.T, I presume that you are coming here from my other and much older website. About 2 years ago or so I was more into raw foods and wrote about Candida. I’ve since realized that many of the things that the raw food gurus preach about Candida may not be exactly right. I haven’t written about Candida on this site and don’t plan to do so.
So yes, I acknowledge that there are some cases where Candida can cause a lot of problems. That said, I still believe that the whole issue is blown out of proportions. Most people think they have Candida without proper diagnosis. The Candida symptoms cover just about every disease in the Merck manual, so people mistakenly blame Candida when the problem may be something else. Not saying this is the case with you, but just in generally.
According to Dr. Graham Candida helps to clear excess sugar from the bloodstream. Too much sugar in the blood is deadly. The symptoms you experience are still better than what you would get from too high blood sugar levels. So one could say that Candida protects you from that. But I acknowledge that the theory has holes and doesn’t apply to all the cases.
Two questions:
One: Is it recommended to stay away from coconut milk; is it considered a “milk”?
Two: Are these the same products since it appears to lead to the same page?
Clear for Life Meditations: Melt Away the Stress of Acne and Finally Be Free.
Emotional Healing for Clear Skin: Simple system and tools for healing the emotional pain acne causes. Currently in test version.
Thank you for the wealth of information….one of the best sites I’ve come across in 20 yrs of having acne.
@Carlsbad, happy to help.
1) No, coconut milk is “skin safe” for most people. You should stay away from most dairy products.
2) They are different products, but the Emotional Healing product is currently in beta testing mode. I’m waiting for more feedback from customers before I release it fully. That’s why I decided to give it a free bonus with Clear for Life Meditations. Those two products complement each other well.
What the heck happened to this website. this website used to be a guru for natural healing for acne. now its just another money driven lie. I bet seppo doesn’t even run this website anymore. I bet this comment will be deleted.
@Travis,
I do still run this website.
I took down the free version of my book for two reasons.
First, from a business point of view it was a total disaster. Like it or not, I have to earn a living from this website. It didn’t happen when the free version was there.
I assumed that if I give a lot of good info for people for free it would bring more traffic to this website. Didn’t happen.
Second, most people just don’t appreciate free info. It’s clear from my website statistics that most people just read two or three pages and then go away. So it means that the free info doesn’t even help anyone.
Because the free info was a disaster in both counts I took it down and went back to selling my book.
Seppo,
Would like to order some of your products, by internet-banking.
Could you please send me your account-number . that I can use
from the Netherlands?
This is the only way I trust to pay..
Loes
I thought that I ordered your book, and so far have only recieved many emails, but no book. Could you find out what happened? Thank you!
@J, after the payment is complete you are taken to a ‘Thank You’ page from where you can access the download area, the link is towards the end of the page. On that same page you can also register to get the free support emails that are part of the package.
To get to this page again, please check your emails for one with a subject ‘Thank you for buying Clear for Life’, you’ll find a link there. The email you used here is not registered in my customer database, so I can’t find your order. But if you email me with your receipt number or the email you used when you placed the order I’ll be happy to help you further.
Thanks again for your order.
Just another request for a paperback version of your book. I do not have a pc – only an Android and I am unable to access this sort of thing.
@Lisa, sorry but the paperback version has run into some troubles. You can read PDFs with Android. Or you can get the Kindle App for Android and I can convert CFL to Kindle format for you (or any other e-reader format). I read books with the Kindle App on my Android all the time. Sorry, but this is the best I can do at the moment.
Do you know anything about Chromium and Cinnamon helping acne by being able to help the body process sugars and therefore not spike hormones?
@Renny, I’ve read that Cinnamon could have small but positive effect on blood sugar levels. Don’t remember anything about chromium now. In the future please post these questions to the forums. I’m trying to keep this website somewhat organized and friendly to the user.
Before I purchase your book, I was wondering if you would give me a piece of advice. I just recently went to my 1000 ‘s visit to the dermatologist who has prescribed Bactrim antibiotics as well as a sulfur wash and RetinA cream. I am a former Accutane user(my skin was clear for many years until now) Do you recommend staying with the derm prescribed regimen as well as keeping up with the lifestyle changes you talk about in your book? To be honest, I would feel most confident if I did these two things simltaneously. I am not sure if you think it would give me an adverse effect. I really, really thank you for your answer to my post.
@Marta, you can do both at the same time. Not sure that I would recommend taking antibiotics as excessive use of them is quite harmful. But if you want to take them, by all means do so.
I would also recommend you take a good probiotic supplement to compensate for the damage antibiotics might do to the gut microflora.
Hi, I purchased your $19 meditation programme tonight but have not yet received an email even though PayPal has told me I have paid. I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me please.
Thanks,
@Emma, thanks for getting Clear for Life Meditations. Really appreciate your trust. Sorry about this, but there was some error with the software that delivers the products. For some reason you weren’t added to the customer database. I added you manually, and you should have an email with the download link already. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Hello I’m 34. I eat healthy and I exercise. I have stopped using all acne medications except for LEROSETT. I wanted to know if this book would help me or be right for me. I am tired of using medications, I want something that is effective to where I can actually see results. Thank you!
@Jennie, yes I believe Clear for Life will help you. I’m updating it now to include latest research on acne and relevant topics. The updated version will be out in 2 to 3 weeks time, and all of my customers get the update for free.
The Clear for Life program attacks acne from all sides. Everything from diet and stress management to strategic supplements and topical treatment strategies. When you combine all these approaches you are bound to see big changes on your skin.
Hi Seppo, thanks for all the valuable information you provide.
I would like to ask you if you know what are the best product to use to remove acne scars and to return the skin to a smooth appearance. I was trying to buy the Ginale´s from Chris Gibson but it seems that those products don´t exist, because every link they sent through ginale web page is not showing any information, so at the end I didn´t get any from them.
I would like to receive your advice
Thansk a lot!
@Marielba, I don’t answer any acne related question on this page. Please post to the forums and I’ll be happy to help you.
Hi Seppo
I am interested in purchasing your e-book but I am pregnant and my acne symptoms have only really started since being pregnant. I am wondering if your program is safe and relevant for pregnancy related acne?
thanx
Hannah
@Hannah, I don’t see why CFL wouldn’t be safe for pregnant people. Mostly it’s just instructions for healthy living. That said, I’m not really comfortable to give recommendations for pregnant women. It’s really outside of my expertise. So perhaps it’s better you don’t follow CFL while you are pregnant.
Hello Seppo,
I heard that there have been a couple of versions of CFL and a new one is coming out soon. Is that true? just curious. Thanks!
@Tyler, yes that’s correct. I’m just in the process of updating CFL. Unfortunately it’s a massive project and has taken much longer than I anticipated. That’s why I released draft versions of some of the updated chapters for my customers. You’ll find more info here:
http://www.clear-for-life.com/community/index.php?/topic/181-clear-for-life-draft-updates/
Good to know. I am kind of on the fence right now. In October I purchased the “Acne no more” ebook. I haven’t been able to put it into use yet because I haven’t been home for the summer. I am not sure if you have ever heard about the acne no more book but it kind of scares me with all the harsh detoxing and strict juice fasts. I really would rather go your route and purchase CFL. I was really just wondering when the new version would be released (or best guess) and if it would cost any more money than the current CFL. Thanks as always!
@Tyler, thanks for your interest in Clear for Life and sorry about my late reply. I got stuck at the floods in Southern Thailand and was without electricity or outside communications for a few days.
I know Acne No More and I know how strict it is. CFL doesn’t require any strict fasting or juicing. Occasional detoxing is recommended, but still optional. In my books it’s just a way to speed up the healing process, but not the main way to get clear.
I’m not going to increase the price when I update CFL. A few months back I dropped the price to $29 because of slow demand after Christmas. I’m considering of increasing it back to $39. But that’s independent of the update.
I already have most significant updates available to my customers. They are draft versions and thus will have typos and grammar errors, but the info is there. I’ll update the rest of the chapters fairly soon, but they won’t be significantly different from the current version of CFL.
You can find more info about the updates and download links here:
http://www.clear-for-life.com/community/index.php?/topic/181-clear-for-life-draft-updates/
But you have to be a customer before you can access the downloads.
hi seppo … when is the new version of cfl going to come out ???????? i wanna purchase it asap.thanks !!
Hi!
I would like to purchase your program, however from my study knowledge and for religious reasons, I would like to remain a vegan/vegetarian. I’ve read books like the China Study and am quite afraid of cheese and dairy products. Is there a way that I can do your program while still sticking to those dietary principles? That is my only question before I purchase your book… if so, I’ll buy it on the spot!
I am very impressed with your program. I also suffer from acne and do have a better understanding than most people when it comes to the root of the problem, which makes it so discouraging as to why I am still suffering.
@Lisa,
Thanks for your interest in Clear for Life. Sure you can be vegetarian/vegan and still follow CFL. I’m not sure that I would recommend it, but I don’t think it’s a huge limiting factor. You should know that China study was quite biased by Campbell’s vegan dogma. It’s not a book I would recommend to anyone.
thanks for not answering my question …
anyways i purchased your ebook !!! my skin is almost clear now….
