Where can one buy the BOOK..the real book…I like real books.

marie May 12, 2010 at 10:37 pm

I was wondering too if I would be able to buy the book, like a normal book, not an E book? So then I can carry it around and read it as and when

Regards
Marie

@m, thanks for expressing your preferences. I’m working to make CFL available as a paperback version also. If all goes well it should be in print within a month. But I’ve never worked with printers before, so I can’t say that for sure.

Hi,i would like to download meditation (ordered the book, and could download it without any issues)
but for some reason my password that i got withing a “thank you” message is not accepted for meditation. What am I doing wrong?

Seppo June 5, 2010 at 5:15 am

@Anaiss, Clear for Life Meditations is a separate product from Clear for Life itself. You have to buy it to get access.

Jodi June 24, 2010 at 6:51 pm

Seppo,
Thank you for the opportunity to try out the free mindfullness meditation. I really enjoy it and have now recently purchased the for set of CLF meditations. However, after downloading the files, I think a couple tracks may be missing…? The ones I received are: Guided-Theta-Meditation, Guided Mindfulness Meditation, Guided Healing Meditation, Guided Emotional Release Meditation, and the Meditation guidebood. There is also a 30 minute track called Stress-Buster. The ones I that seemt o be missing are the tracks entitled “Down to Delta”and “Stay at Delta?”

Seppo June 25, 2010 at 6:33 am

@Jodi, I decided to take the ‘Down to Delta’ and ‘Stay at Delta’ out of the CFL Meditations package. That’s because they are very powerful meditations. And listening to them can put you through a period of quite an intense emotional upheaval. If you aren’t experienced in dealing with the mind and emotions it might be too much or too painful to go through. I know it was very difficult for me.

I don’t think I mention them anywhere in the sales letter or CFL Meditation package anymore. If I do, please let me know and I’ll change that. If you insist I can make an exception for you and send those meditations to you, email me for this. Just as long as you know what you are doing.

Hi how are you?
I bought your e-book last week and I just have a few questions. I have stopped eating dairy completely because I have moderate persistent cystic acne. I have also been eating tons of fresh fruits and vegetables and I have stopped eating breads and gluten products. Now I was told that I have hormonal acne due to an imbalance. Will this diet and lifestyle change clear hormonal acne and balance things back?

Seppo June 27, 2010 at 11:30 am

@Melissa, thanks for getting Clear for Life. Really appreciate it. I answered your question here:

Roman June 30, 2010 at 4:50 am

Thanks for letting me read your story Seppo. I Feel as if you were narrating my life for the last 10 years. To put it bluntly, acne has pretty much destroyed me through and through. From my job to school to social experiences- they have all been completely undermined by acne. After suffering so long it feels like a distant impossibility that I could ever hope to be anything even close to clear. After reading most of the free information provided on the site and reflecting on your own personal story, it makes me feel something I haven’t felt in quite a long while- hope. Hope to god, that once and for all I can beat this thing. I feel after suffering for this long, I owe it to myself to do whatever it takes to overcome. If not, I can’t see myself having any real future. I need to look back and say I did everything I could do to defeat what has essentially become the bane of my existence. Thanks for your sincerity and willingness to help, you obviously have an eye single to the mission of helping those like myself without dollar signs leading the way… And for that I thank you!

Seppo July 3, 2010 at 12:28 pm

@Roman, glad to hear I’m able to help you. Getting clear doesn’t have to be that difficult or overtly complicated. It’s just that it’s so hard to find good info on how to do it.

I’m more than happy to help you to get clear. Just come and say hi at the forums and shoot me with any questions you have.

vendy July 7, 2010 at 10:44 pm

Hi,
I purchased your book and I found it very interesting. I recommend it to everyone. The only thing I cant find there was the appendix recepts for the green smoothes. Could you please tell me where is it in the book?or is it another book I need to buy?and also if you have any other cooking recepts that i can cook at home.
Many thanks Vendy

Seppo July 8, 2010 at 3:57 pm

@Vendy,

Thanks for getting Clear for Life. I really appreciate it.

Ooops, that’s my mistake. The earlier version of Clear for Life used to have a recipe section, but I took it off as it was causing confusion in people. Also, different people do well with different foods. And if people see a certain food in the recipe section they often assume it’s ok to eat. I would rather not make such endorsement.

That said, the easiest way to find green smoothie recipes is to just Google it. You’ll find more than you ever know what to do with. Seriously, that’s faster for you than getting the older version of CFL. And you’ll get far more recipes.

Joy July 27, 2010 at 6:04 am

How is it that there are google ads for products like proactive and murad on your pages, when we are learning not to use those products, that they make acne so much worse! Is there any way to block those mixed messages? Have noticed these on every site (natural and otherwise) that I’ve checked out to cure my acne… these monster products that I’ve fallen victim to time and again! I have finally stopped using them, and am desperate for a cure. I am 43 and also have Excoriee/Psychodermatosis, which has been destroying my life, and after having done some extensive research, am hoping to finally get the help I need. It controls whether I can face the embarrassment of getting a haircut, go to the doctor or dentist when needed, limits clothing I can wear as I have to cover my neck-shoulders-back-legs, never go swimming, or get intimate w/anyone, can’t answer the door unless covered in makeup, embarrassed to be seen out in the sunlight… I hate this controlling my life and am so desperate to get better.

Seppo July 29, 2010 at 4:06 pm

@Joy, unfortunately I don’t have much control over those ads. Google selects them based on the content of the website. Unfortunately acne websites attract Proactiv ads.

Hera J. August 6, 2010 at 1:38 pm

Hi there,

thank you for all your efforts to help people open their eyes for the truth, this is the first step, but the second…it’s harder.
I’m 24 years old and I have never suffered such a severe acne before (well it’s not that bad really, but it bothers me). It started 4 years ago, when I started uni, then I moved to UK, then I got married…and so on. My responsibilities got bigger, a lot of stress a lot of pressure, problems with work and some family issues and I am trying and trying to put everything in order but it never ends….one problem after another…My husband says I took thing to deep to personally, may be it’s true I am quite a sensitive person and as soon as I’m like that I can’t help my acne.
It’s get’s better sometimes but always come back. I go to the gym eat healthy (I’m only 45kg) but the stress, the sleep and the emotional problems I can’t make it work, what should I do? I shared this with my doctor but he is a moron and just gave me some contraception pills…..
Anyone, please help!

Seppo August 9, 2010 at 2:19 pm

@Hera, thanks for your comment. From what you wrote, it sounds like there’s an emotional issue contributing to your acne, or at least to you not feeling happy. One indicator of that is that we make a bigger deal of acne than others do.

How to deal with emotional issues is more than I can cover here. Why don’t you come to the forums. We can talk more there and I’ll be happy to help you out.

Jodi August 18, 2010 at 8:01 pm

Hi Seppo,
If one decides to purchase the Acnezine to see if it will help with acne, would that take the place of a daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement? Or just be in addition to it…?
Thanks

F.T August 19, 2010 at 6:39 pm

I don’t think you completely understand when Candida isn’t good for you. I’ve just realized how bad my overgrowth of candida . Its given me a leaky gut, and now I’m alergic to many foods and if I eat them I start to get a autoimmune response because of them. I’ve also noticed that my acne has gotten worse and skin problems on arms and back. I’ve had chronic fatigue too. I I’ve also had digestion problems and they have gotten worse over the time my candida got worse. In the last 2 months i’ve been trying to fight off my servere overgrowth. I’ve also got several vaginal yeast infections over the last 10 years. At least one a year. How is that kind of overgrowth good??? Look what is caused me. I’ve been on a strict diet and can’t eat much foods, and been taking things to help fight it off. But I’m still not healed. How can you tell me candida is good for me. Instead its ruined my life.

Seppo August 23, 2010 at 12:32 pm

@Jodi, no, Acnezine doesn’t replace multivitamin/mineral supplement. Acnezine contains antioxidants, which may or may not help your skin.

Seppo August 23, 2010 at 12:32 pm

@F.T, I presume that you are coming here from my other and much older website. About 2 years ago or so I was more into raw foods and wrote about Candida. I’ve since realized that many of the things that the raw food gurus preach about Candida may not be exactly right. I haven’t written about Candida on this site and don’t plan to do so.

So yes, I acknowledge that there are some cases where Candida can cause a lot of problems. That said, I still believe that the whole issue is blown out of proportions. Most people think they have Candida without proper diagnosis. The Candida symptoms cover just about every disease in the Merck manual, so people mistakenly blame Candida when the problem may be something else. Not saying this is the case with you, but just in generally.

According to Dr. Graham Candida helps to clear excess sugar from the bloodstream. Too much sugar in the blood is deadly. The symptoms you experience are still better than what you would get from too high blood sugar levels. So one could say that Candida protects you from that. But I acknowledge that the theory has holes and doesn’t apply to all the cases.
